Innovation® Zoysia was developed by researchers at Kansas State University and Texas A&M University as a cold-tolerant, versatile zoysiagrass. Innovation was developed to “replace” long-standing Meyer Zoysia with a finer texture, similar cold tolerance, rapid grow-in and a better overall turfgrass quality and appearance. Innovation is suitable for the southern two-thirds of the United States, making it an excellent choice for landscapes in the transition zone.
